Turks & Caicos : Artistic Vision and Sense of Place
As an artist and architect, the opportunity to work in creative collaboration with Michael Tibbetts, owner of the Salterra Resort and Spa in the Turks and Caicos, was deeply rewarding. I was commissioned to design the Fireball—a central feature of the property that embodies our shared vision and the resort’s mission. Through this work, I sought to create a visual narrative that celebrates the history, ecology, and indigenous culture of South Caicos Island.
Every design element carries meaning, connecting guests to the power of place, inspiring community, and nurturing a shared commitment to protecting the island’s future.
